Cancelation Policy

Refund Policy - 7 days prior to departure 75% refunded, 2 days prior 50% refunded, less than 2 days - no refunds given. Tour dates may be changed up to 48 hours prior to departure for a fee of $40pp. Be early for departure as there are no refunds if you miss the bus or are at the wrong pickup location.

General: Policies - 1. Tours are not subject to weather conditions and are subject to operational needs and changes occasionally resulting in some variations to published itineraries and inclusions. Tour duration may be reduced for the comfort of guests in poor weather conditions. 2. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Buses are not equipped to carry children under 6 years. 3. Day tour buses do not have facilities for luggage. 4. There is no smoking, drinking or eating on buses. 5. In booking a tour, you accept the policies as outlined here and accept that any activity always involves some risk and that you will not hold this company, its employees or sub-contractors responsible for any injury or loss that you should suffer to yourself or your possessions.
